1.      In order to avoid any delay in money transfer, please do send a copy of your remittance invoice or receipt by fax or e-mail to the conference secretariat.

 2.    All bank charges will be borne by the participant. If you fail to pay the total amount of registration fee as required, the rest of payment will be collected at onsite registration.

Participants from Mainland China are supposed to make the registration payment in accordance with the RMB standard in the chart on the website:  through bank transfer or pay onsite at the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made before you can obtain your name badge and conference materials. Cancellations received on or before June 30, 2014, are entitled to a refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations received after June 30, 2014 will not receive a refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to or faxed to 86-10-62767367.

The 5th AOMSC and 33rd ACCSMS Conference and related events are offered on a cost-recovery basis and may be cancelled if there is insufficient registration. In the event that the sponsored activity is cancelled, the 5th AOMSC and 33rd ACCSMS Conference cannot be responsible for any cancellation charges assessed to registrants by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
